Do you install the barn quilts?
At this time, we do not offer installation services. However, each barn quilt is designed to be easy to mount on a variety of outdoor surfaces.
What materials and finishes are used?
Every barn quilt is crafted using durable materials designed specifically for outdoor conditions. Each quilt includes:
- Aluminum composite base
- A metal-specific adhesive primer for strong paint adhesion.
- Two to three layers of high-quality exterior-grade paint.
- Three protective coats of polyurethane for UV and weather resistance.
How do I hang my barn quilt?
Each barn quilt comes with pre-drilled mounting holes to simplify installation.
- Quilts smaller than 36″ × 36″ include four pre-drilled holes, one in each corner.
- Quilts 36″ × 36″ and larger include eight pre-drilled holes for added stability.
They can be securely mounted on barns, garages, fences, pole buildings, or other outdoor surfaces using appropriate hardware.
What type of paint is used on the barn quilts?
Every quilt begins with a base coat of adhesive primer designed specifically for metal surfaces. The design is then painted with two to three coats of premium exterior paint. Finally, three coats of exterior polyurethane are applied to provide additional durability and UV protection.
Can I have a custom design and size?
Yes! Custom designs, colors, and sizes are available upon request. If you have a specific idea or pattern in mind, we’d be happy to discuss the possibilities with you. Please note that some designs may not be feasible depending on complexity or size.
What is the largest size that can be made?
The largest barn quilt size currently available is 59″ × 59″, providing a bold and eye-catching display for barns, garages, and large outdoor spaces.
Unfortunately, we are not able to ship sizes greater than 48″ x 48″.
